This collaboration brand shoot for Kingdom Concepts x Ville + Rue was a shoot that was so good for my soul. You see, all three businesses involved in the shoot were all Lancaster City-based. But even more so, all the owners of these businesses all live and reside in Lancaster City. There’s a sense of pride being a resident of Lancaster City. One of the reasons we decided to move to Lancaster City, besides the fantastic food and diversity, was that we knew our business would thrive here. We’ve been doing brand work for 4 years now, although we only publicly announced it at the beginning of 2020. We have high regard when it comes to the integrity of our business. We are not here to make money. It is my career, so yes, I have to make a sustainable living for my family. But if we’re going to actually provide a service and market that we do this, we will be damn sure that we know how to do it well. It’s so special getting to work with other brands, especially those in Lancaster City, so when Kingdom Concepts and Ville + Rue (both newly contacted branding clients of ours) wanted to do this combined branding shoot, we were over the moon about it!
Transforming these old city homes has become such a massive part of this city. Some of these homes are over 100 years old, getting new life breathed into them. It keeps the history of our city alive, but makes it even more beautiful and improves the economy and community! We may be a little biased as we live in a transformed city home. Sometimes when I feel really nostalgic, I look down at our original wood floors and think about all the fantastic stories these floors could tell if they could talk. I know I get a bit sentimental..but can you blame me?
This stunning transformation is a home in our neighborhood, and Kingdom Concepts did such an amazing job keeping the house’s character but making it livable again! John & Cait, who own and operate Kingdom Concepts, is a husband and wife team of Real Estate, Banking, & Interior Design! Rebecca of Ville + Rue just gets people. She sees your soul and treats everyone like they’re the most special person on the planet. Her love for people translates into her work of home decor.
Along with Michael, their brand manager furnished & staged this home to perfection. It’s no secret as to why this home got under agreement before even hitting the market! We just know that the next year serving these two businesses will be such a fulfilling and beautiful journey! Thank you, John, Cait, & Rebecca, for trusting us with your businesses! It is an honor we never take for granted!
