Shot and Bottle Engagement, Lancaster Pennsylvania

Sometimes when we meet a couple for the first time, it’s like finding a soul mate. I know that may sound a little strange for someone who doesn’t do what we do. But honestly, that chemistry and connection is just so apparent and fills our hearts with so much joy. That’s what it was like when we met Nicole and Justin for the first time! We met Nicole at the Best Wedding Showcase, and she practically spent the entire show in our booth just looking at all our portfolios and chatting with (me) April. I sincerely believe if I had a biological sister (shout out to my sister in law’s & tribe sisters out there!), she would be precisely like Nicole!

Nicole and Justin knew they wanted their session to be in their home, Lancaster City! With us now living in Lancaster City (at the time of their session we were just dreaming of moving to the city, but now live here thanks to Chris and Claude Co and Zooks Contracting!) We were pretty stoked about it!

Nicole and I planned out her session to the T, starting at our favorite bar downtown, Shot and Bottle! The aesthetic here is just incredible! And then seeing Nicole in that sparkly blush gown and Justin looking like he just stepped out of a Calvin Klein ad, we were ready to rock this session with them! We finished their session at visiting two very special locations in the city, Lancaster Dispensing Company (where they had their first date), and the Two Dudes Mural in SOWE Lancaster City!

Nicole and Justin are getting married at Supply, Manheim this July, and we’re so excited for the elegant modern simplicity this venue offers and has been on our venue bucket list for a while, so we’re pretty stoked about it!
