We’re taking you back to Old World Europe for this engagement session! Just kidding! We were in Manchester, Pennsylvania, at the Historic Shady Lane wedding venue! Hannah & Aaron are the epitomai of going with the flow when it comes to their wedding journey! They originally wanted a snow-filled engagement session, and the thing about the North East is that sometimes we get snow, but most of the time, it’s just mud. So when the snow didn’t come, we were planning on doing a sophisticated downtown city engagement session & then the world went on shut down due to the pandemic. From there, it took a few more reschedules & site changes until we landed on this date and location for their session. While at the session, we were greeted with 40 minutes of a summer downpour about 10 minutes into their session!
You can imagine how this may put a wrench in the plans; however, we waited it out in the greenhouse, chatted about wedding plans, and then when the rain stopped, we were back at it!
I am so impressed with how these two have been succeeding at this journey & life, despite how crazy the world has been! Their love was just beaming the whole session and was making me feel all the feels! Between the butterfly kisses & literally dancing in the rain, it was the perfect session for these two and for me to come back to after such a long break from working with our couples!
Hannah & Aaron, You two are the sweetest and so incredibly genuine! Thank you so much for rolling with the punches through this whole process! We are so excited for your wedding at Historic Ashland next spring!
Love the pictures.Wishing both of you lifetime of love, happiness and blessings! Love you very much!
