In our opinion, the absolute best part is that the moment you meet the Team at Ville & Rue, you will feel like you are the most important person in the universe. Rebecca has the innate talent and drive to make every person she meets feel loved, seen, and respected. She truly, to her core, wants every person to LOVE the space they live in. To be influenced and cultivated by culture, but to have their home be the true destination of their life.

Being a branding specialist and photographer, you come across so many different industries, so many personalities, and lots of points of view on running and operating a successful business. We can confidently say that the moment we met the Ville & Rue team, we knew that we had just met our ideal clientele for this type of service.

The ideal clientele for branding is different than with weddings. With weddings, while yes, personalities definitely have to be there. But the perfect clientele for weddings is more so based on the overall vision for their wedding. For brands, the criteria for your ideal clients is different. Different boundaries need to be established, and you just have to have a completely different working relationship dynamic. When working with a brand, one of the most significant factors is viewing their client experience. What is important to them for how they run their business and what their vision is. If a brand owner is just in it to make a lot of money. It’s most likely not going to be the best fit for us to work with that brand. Of course, making money in business is essential because without making money, you have no business. It more so stems from what is the passion of this brand.

Do they have a genuine passion for their trade?

You may laugh at that question, but this is a crucial question we ask ourselves after doing a discovery call. We’re not here to serve businesses just in it for the money. That’s not who we are, and that’s not the people we want to serve. We are very passionate about our work, and that is what we want to see from our clients as well.

Rebecca and her team have it. We have seen firsthand what they do and how they interact with their clients. They honestly should teach a master class about client interactions. They are by far one of the best. They treat their clients the best; they also ensure that each client gets the best possible result and product for their individual needs.
